this time did 10x2 min. went all the way to the crosswalk almost. had to take a lot of bathroom breaks, kinda weird... Felt awesome on the hill, head up real strong. when i hit the flats got fatigued and the group took off. i surged but by the end they gapped me everytime. something to work on. ice and ibis after
