Comments:
Jogged extended to AU then joined in with 'dirty rice' for 4x1200. Splits were 4:40, 4:32, 4:35, and 4:29. Very consistent effort from these guys across the whole workout. Jogged back to school and then home. Might do an additional track workout Thursday or Friday, we'll see. Steady tomorrow.
