WU to Mayfield Hill
10*2:00 up Mayfield Hill, jog recovery down.
CD to Veale then 2 more miles inside. stretch, 2*50pushups, abs

pit stop at Qdoba 10:00 into the warmup, then 2nd pit stop right after the last hill at Presti's. workout felt really easy up until 7, never getting more difficult w/ the next repeat, then 8 I felt like I was getting tired, then 9 and 10 were kinda tough but it wasn't a big deal, except for the exceptional need for a 2nd pit stop. Then I cooled down kind of quicker because I was planning on doing 5*1:00 after the 10*2:00 but CoachL called it off.
