Gorgeous Day. My rehearsal in Ft. Washington got cancelled last minute, so I could have made it down to Richmond in the end. Rats. Was kind of stirring at home for a few hours, but then managed to get out the door and send this workout. Goal was 6xmile @ ~5:50, with .25 jog in between (plus extended cooldown halfway). Started from Manor Montessori intersection, heading north. Uphill splits were 5:52, 5:43, 5:43. Downhill were 5:24, 5:27, and 5:26. Felt weakest in the second rep but other than that pretty strong. Could've been more consistent, but I'll take it. Extended cooldown back home through LFSVT and up Mass. 8ish tomorrow.
