Comments:
on the trail. not too cold today, but I still haven't found my gloves, so my hands were pretty chilled. felt pretty good, but I need to make sure I get to practice early enough to heat, foam roll, and stretch. its good to run with everyone, even if I have to turn really early.
but I'm getting there.
