Weather: Partly cloudy and cold.

Comments:
Veale, Murray Hill, Mayfield to Quizno's and back to the hill
With the 3k/5k crew, not really looking forward to this workout with sore calves and a cold, drills

Mayfield Hill
10*2 min hills w/downhill recovery in the snow, workout went fairly well, calves didn't bother me, toward the back for all the intervals except for the 4th one which I led, team found some dildo like object which fascinated most members(no pun intended)

With Cromer and Jeff, talked about how good the ice bath was going to feel, stretch, 40 Eagle, rolled out calves, 10 min calf deep ice bath with Jeff, Paul, Cromer, and the dinosaur, talked about a good prank involving JJ(Johanna Johnson/Ontko)
