AU 'track' workout

Comments:
Piss poor attempt at a downward ladder. Jogged to AU late after a day of working on apps etc. Goal was 16, 12, 8, 4, 2 + 2. Splits were:

Not very pleased with times, felt a little gassed after mile and furthermore just exhausted. Need to get on top of sleep hygiene. Jogged to school, got practice going, then to Booey n back, intercepting Elliot and Teddy. Jogged a bit around the neighborhood then went home.
