Comments:
Took forever for me to get out the door, but I was really happy when I did because that fall weather was gorgeous and I was still reeling after yesterday’s performances by our wonderfully talented running hoppers. Down Wisconsin to Waterfront, then to Washington monument and up RCPWay, but overshot the appropriate turn onto Mass and ended up going up Calvert. A little longer than expected, was tempted to add another few on go for 70 on the week, but I just signed up for a Half on the 11th and I figured that would be overdoing it. Shorter tmrw and maybe some speed on Tuesday? We’ll see. Goal for half (which is basically completely flat) is under 79, which I think I can do if I play my cards right.
