Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
I got back into it today. Had to sleep in a little with the late night and the jet lag. I also had to cut out early to catch up from the weekend. But run club meets at 6pm now and thats a bit nicer. Gives more time in the evening. Ran from Withrow and I tried to keep up with the top group but I just couldn't with the time off. I fell behind quickly and cut it short doing less than a Richmans. It was still solid and a hard push to get me going again. Ran home with Carl.

Essentials: Stretch

Good stretch after running home. Legs feel dead but I need that now.
