Comments:
Slept in today with the extra hour. Not feeling great, a little sick probably. Im glad I got my errands done yesterday so I could just chill all day today. I did get out for a run though and it was pretty good. I worked for it today and felt good while I was out there. Hills were tough though. Glad I had the downhill back. Leaves on Wasson are awesome right now.
Essentials: Stretch
Legs sore from the work. And now whole body feels drained but I do have a bit more to accomplish. Ugh... Glad I go some miles in this week now to get back into the groove.
