Comments:
Nice and easy as the day was ending. It was nice and warm out. Wow after the shit earlier this week. I really wanted to run yesterday but was too pooped when I got home. Ran down Wasson to Marburg then back through Oakley. Good stuff. I actually felt ok but not great.
Essentials: Stretch
Got a good stretch on return. But now everything is sore. The good sore.
