1 mi warm up
4 x 1200 on indoor track, A3 with 30 sec rest: first three in 4:57-4:58 or thereabouts, last one in 4:47 (goal time: 5 min)
1 mi cool down
Well, I was conservative on the first three because I wanted to run my last one fast, but thinking about it now, I feel like I should have been running faster times for all of them anyway since it was on the indoor track. I guess I didn't push myself as much because I just wanted to hit my times while staying relaxed, instead of going all out and ending the workout completely exhausted.
