so, andy says 200s make you faster.
so I ran some. ugh. to be fair this was after almost 30 miles on the bike (mistake #1). AND! I found out that my ipod stopwatch stores sets of data, so I can just record laps and sets. So the goal was to run the entire time without looking at the clock and just push as hard as I could each time (mistake #2). The goal at the track was:
1 mile warm-up
7 x 200 as fast as possible
1 x 400 ""
2 mile jog
3 x 200 and freaking kill myself.

it breaks down as follows:
37/34/32/36/35/33/31
1:32 for the 400 (I was cranky at this point)
2 mile jog
33/35/31
then I ran/limped home, my left quad very angry with me...
