Comments:
I was pretty beat sore and uncomfortable from travel yesterday. This morning I really took my time getting readjusted and didnt try too much. Went and got some new shoes since I need some cushion and support lately. Same deal 880s. They feel really great still. Its been a while since I got some mileage in so I wasnt sure how I would feel but the shoes were great. Ran down Wasson a little then did all of Paxton and came back with the little Michigan loop off of Edwards. It was 4 exactly, great deal. I actually didnt feel terrible today and it was such a good feeling to get out and run. I need to recalibrate myself legs were super sore from beach walking for some reason. Weather was good too shorts and I started to heat up near the end. I guess I missed most of the intense cold.
Essentials: Stretch
Good stretch and gravity stretch when I got back. I dont have a ton of energy. Hopefully it recharges over the next few weeks because the semester grind just continues for me. I really would lIke to keep my mileage going though, 2 weeks really sets me back a bit and Id like to be able to manage that better.
