Comments:
Not the most inviting or relaxing start to a new year. I barely got any sleep last night kept up by the New Years parties and just wasnt in a great mood. I didnt expect to get much done today, and that turned out to be the case. I did get out to run though because I really need to. Ran down Wasson to Xavier campus then did a quick loop back in Norwood and then came back past Withrow. I felt fine I guess. The fresh air was great for me. Feeling kinda funky as the new year starts and the semester grind keep rolling on.
Essentials: Stretch
Good stretch and sit when I got back. Still feeling tired though. Will I ever recover? Lets keep pushing forward and see.
