Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Slow moving and sluggish today but out for run felt much better peppy and fast. Got some good distance in too. It was chilly starting out on my legs and hands but in the sun felt fine. Finished up fast on Wasson as I was coming back.

Essentials: Stretch

Feeling fine after stretching too. Need to remember to hydrate even though its cold out. Its easy not to keep up but that helps since its dry inside these days.
