Comments:
Did not sleep well at all last night. Maybe there is some buried anxiety I can't grasp right now. But I didnt suffer too much during the day. Probably did right at the end of the run though. We met at Factory 52 then did a classic Norwood loop. It was dark, hard to see. I pushed it hard with the guys until 4 miles or so when we got close to getting back. Still pleased and I feel much more settled compared to the unusual routine the past few weeks.

Essentials: Stretch

Stretched a little bit in Braxton when I finished but mostly tightened up a little especially on the way home.
