Weather: Flurries, not as cold, some sun
Comments:
Ran as a group today with Phil, Colin, Brandon, and Grese. Brandon turned around for 6 and the rest of us coninued on for 7.5. Felt pretty good. Pace was a little fast for me but I'm going up in mileage so thats probably why. Not really worried about being tired for tmomrrow's workout because it shouldn't be too strenous. Felt pretty good overall. Discused the Lost season premier tonight.
Misc streaches, Hurdles, MB abs, 2x max pushup.
