Sprints on a Snow Covered Track

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
50 second run. 4 sprints from the 200 starting point to the 3rd yellow pole(about 130m), then another 50 second run. Mile cool down on the track and some more on the treadmill later. Kind of tired today. Hopefully this snow won't hinder my training later in the week, but I'm hoping it does snow because I have unfinished homework/a test tomorrow.
