Comments:
after my late class with paul.
wu to mayfield, stretch, drills.
8x2 minutes up the hill, trying to surge at the top a little. was supposed to be ten but coach told us to only do 8. first one was a bit quick, pulled it back for the next 4 and picked it up again a little on the last 3. the rest times were erratic, sometimes around 3:10 other times around 3:30, depending on how fast we came down the hill, although trying to make an effort to keep it slow back down.

felt pretty good overall, not a terrible workout.

static 3, ibis, pushups, full leg ice bath.

also really weird, my foot started hurting in literally the last 20 yards of my cooldown.
