track workout today. it was kind of a pyramid but not exactly. first we ran 4 200's, then 2 400's, 1 800, 2 400's again, and 4 200's. interesting, and kinda successful. we were goin for under 40, under 80, and around 2:40 for each one, but the 800 was the only fail of those, lol. some times are estimated.
