Laddering Down...In the Snow

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Warm up loop + a little fartlek at the end to dodge snowballs. Ran 50 second run, 40 second, 30, 20, 10, then another 50. Not a very tough workout, but I was pretty tired. Not terribly cold. Mile cool down on the track, then jogged back up to school. No idea about the weather for this week, but it doesn't look like we will be having the meet this Saturday.
