Warmed up with Grogan since everyone else in my group wanted to stay inside, talked about the lab report, drills, lap of striders

4*200m w/200m recovery, 4*400m w/400m recovery, 6*800m w/200m recovery, 200s at race pace, 400s 3 seconds faster than goal pace, 800s alternating between 2:35 and 2:45, with Dave, Steel, Ethan T., Jeff, Ben, and Grese, good workout, calves still a little sore but big improvement over Monday, lead the last 800 interval, splits: 38, 37, 39, 37, 69, 71, 71, 69, 2:36, 2:45, 2:35, 2:45, 2:35, 2:44
