tough one but glad I did it. Went skiing today at Stowe, lots of hard blacks, double blacks and glades. Came home and skated with the kids, pushed Emmett and Paige in the chariot. They had a blast, but it was a solid little sprint workout for me. Was scheduled for 5 today, but it took a lot of coaxing to get me on the the belt at 9:30pm. Wasn't too bad once I warmed up. This will help for the week if we ski on Sunday, trying to get 25 miles.
