Comments:
A1 workout. 10:45, 6:57, 10:29, 3:20. felt good, couldn't really get great footing on parts so I didnt' really feel like i could ever got up to speed because of that. Even during my cool down i didn't even feel like i'd done a workout, which is good i suppose. decent aerobic workout, but legs didn't feel it too much.
