Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
a little under 3 miles up, and a little under 3 miles down. 5k tempo. rough splits were 5:40, 5:50, 6:30 last 1.1. last two miles are definitely harder than the first. the effort felt fairly even and i felt really comfortable. it felt comfortably fast, not hard. planning on doing 8-10 tomorrow morning. the warm up was relatively quick, and the cooldown was a little slower. overall i felt awesome.
