10 x 800m @ 2:58-3:00 (9th one @ 2:55); rest starting @ 1:00 and decreasing 5 seconds every repeat (1:00, then :55, then :50, etc.) down to 20 seconds after before the last repeat; felt pretty good until the 9th and 10th ones, but pushed through and finished on pace
