Comments:
Warm up run through the snow. 50 second run felt like shit. Then they decided to time us in a mile for some reason even though we are scheduled to race in 2 days(meet will probably be canceled, but just making a point). Mile felt bad too. Slow run afterwords. Probably will not run at all this weekend. Maybe a few miles easy tomorrow.
