w/ Cali Paul, stretch, abs, then steeple drills and a mile of 2barriers/200meters.

this is definitely turning into a rest week as far as weekly mileage goes. I figure its alright after 8 solid weeks - 60, 60, 60, 70, 70, 80, 80, 80. back to normal mileage next week.
