Weather: 50, very light rain
Comments:
Felt pretty good today; legs had more energy than yesterday. A LITTLE sore in L medial knee, then shifting to L patellar tendon. Stopped by the disc golf course to stretch and it was better.
Did strides x4 on the trail. Felt OK.
Overall, I need to be stretching my ANRs more: they prevent full hip flexion with/without me realizing. I stopped to stretch my L by CGHS, but it was still a bit pesky. The pain is not a big deal, but the effect on my stride is more concerning...
