Comments:
had a decent run today, it was kind of an extended wheurs loop, but apps had to go home and run cause he forgot to bring good running socks, so i had to lead the group. that would be why we ran at a significantly slower pace, lol. but when we got back, we did 3 sets of 1 minute stair up-downs(up 1 step and back down again and again), 1 minute wall humps, and 1 minute planks/leg lifts/pushups. it was a pretty good day
