Pretty easy run today. My mileage has been high this week so I decided to scale it back a little bit today. Felt pretty relaxed and good. Sttarted put with coach Branes Ethan, Phil, Colin, and Ben. Coach Barnes turned around about a mile in and the rest of us continued for 5. Pretty slow run overall. Legs a little tired but not too bad.
Misc streaches, MB abs, 2xmax pushups, hurdles, hip drils.
