Treadmill in gym w/ client

Comments:
Planned to run for an hour and then revised the goal to 8 miles. Drank about 20 oz water. A hot spot on right inner heal from new shoes.
Felt pretty good, but this was a challenge. A long time to be on a rolling belt. Oprah was on in the gym so that made things extra painful. Although as I understand, O ran a marathon herself once upon a time.
