Did the run closer to afternoon. I did the full hill repeat we normally do this time. So I did about 280m. Wound up doing 6 of them. I only wanted to work on making my way up, no crazy pace or anything. Was happy with 6 considering I had a long cool down to do. Also didn't look at my watch at all so I wasn't try to hit or beat a certain time, just running off of feel.
Cool down I cut short because the arch of my right foot started feeling tight so I figured I'd just call it a day and head in early.
