Weather: inside and pretty humid too
Comments:
4 min hard, 1 min easy, 3 (1), 2 (3) x 3. Treadmill in my basement is pretty screwy so just went off feel, put in a pretty tough effort and cut out the 4 min hard on the last set. Good workout, less boring than normal treadmill stuff.
