today was the class championshiop for indoor track. it was pretty kool cause it was a bit of a big deal, they had shirts and everything. i ran the 4x8, 1500, and 4x4 today, and the relays ended up going a lot better than my individual event did. my stomach felt really bad after the 4x8 so thats why my 1500 was straight up horrible. it cramped all during the race so i just took it pretty easy, but i felt pretty bad taking it so easy. not fun at all. but the 4x8 we did awesome with a total time of 9:08, mostly cause apps ran it with us this time. 4x4 we unfortunately got DQ'd for like no reason, but our time was around 3:55, which is amazing for us. so it kinda sucks a lot that we got DQ'd, but whatevs. splits for the relays are estimated
