Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
This seems like a local favorite, combining the Mercer Island run with the Mercer Slough run. I somehow managed to get lost, again, when I refused to keep up with Richards madness but we were too far ahead of the rest of the group. Added about half a mile to the run.
Calf seems fine, ran pretty easy. Shortest 'long' run in a while.
