Clearly my temporary workout schedule is scrapped for now.

Rest day today. No difference in pain. Wore the sock to bed last night with no noticeable results. Wearing a heel lift in my R foot currently. Going in to see Ripley tomorrow at 4PM. Pretty lucky that I got an appointment less than 24 hours away from my phone call.
