Ran the sprint workout today. Off the back on most intervals cuz I suck at sprinting. Caught on towards the end when my strength showed. No times really cuz it was basically all out the whole time. I feel like the strength is there. Its where I need it to be. I got done with at least 2 intervals and I was barely even tired. I was like .8 seconds off my pr in one even with a guy in lane 1 and I was barely phased at all with it. I've decided I need to be able to handle oxygen debt better than I am now. I got into debt early on two on the intervals and that hurt my finnish big time. I need to be able to push though those last few laps and react better to the debt.
