Comments:
I was physically destroyed for some reason, perhaps from walking 10 miles in the last 30 hours, or perhaps intense lifting, or maybe 5 hours of sleep? For whatever reason, I had to turn the elliptical down to level 13 and go slow, while still pushing a heart rate of 170.

I stretched my hamsting really well, but decided to give the adductor a day off.
