Exercise Type: Run

Weather: high 40s, decent

Comments:
Woke up at 0500, dicked around, then got out for the run around 0800.

Felt so-so. Did the PRE loop (with a deuce stop at Alton), then campus. Legs felt crappy again, though maybe a BIT better than yesterday. I think what's happening is that I'm doing 2 things: (A) not getting good enough leg recovery in swing phase and (B) landing stiffly on the mid/forefoot. The latter is the main cause of my leg trashiness, so I worked on that at the end of the run.

I need to get back to the "stepping over the mini-hurdle" gait cue. That seems to help both those things.

Ran errands after the run, then went to Cornucopia for Gary's bday lunch. Love the Frogs Wort, but I really don't like the food there. Made my broccoli curry soup in the afternoon, then...pretty much didn't do shit the rest of the day.
