Comments:
When I finished the second 2 miles, I was a little pissed off about how the workout went, but the more I thought about it, the happier I was with the workout. I haven't done a workout in 2 1/2 years, it was 19 degrees, I was by myself, and the wind was a bitch. I fought the wind pretty much the whole time... the wind won. I just wish that the times were reversed. I like negative splitting my workouts. Guess I got a little ahead of myself. Could've been worse. I also considered changing the workout because I felt so good after the first two miles. I thought about just doing a 3 mile tempo run at 6:15 pace, but oh well. First race in a month!
