Comments:
85, 85, 90, 93, stomach was feeling bad so I did 200s for the rest of the workout. those were around 40-41. leg felt pretty good, a lot better than this time last week. I think most of my stomach issues today had to do with the fact that I haven't eaten much in the past two days with being sick. warm up and cool down about a mile each and then jogging during the three-minute recovery period.
