Weather: 56 degrees and some wind...

Comments:
warmed up only a mile, but foot hurts too much..
suppose to do 4 mile tempo...
first mile 5:45 and then it never got faster, so around 1.85 miles turned around and ran with Tony n. back for a 400 fast, then back to 6 min. pace, then coaught up with the guys team for another 400-500m at 5:30 pace, then finished the run in 22:45 (3.70 miles) then 1/2 mile jog...
Not a good day!!!
