mile PR

Comments:
went to the track for what was supposed to be 200 meter repeats, but after one I got curious, did some laps to get into a comfortable place and then pushed it for a mile. I've wanted an idea of what my starting ground is so I can gauge improvements... albeit maybe doing a timed mile after running 10 miles on the day and biking 15 isn't wise.. but hey I got a PR (5:24) by a whole 3 seconds.. haha woo!

1st lap: 1:19
2nd lap: 1:24
3rd lap: 1:25
4th: 1:16

maybe.. just maybe, on a fresh day I could hit a 5 even. ??
