Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I did the first 1000 with no problem. The second one we did clockwise and that hurt my left achilles, but i decided to try another one and see how that felt. 3rd was fine. 4th i dropped out after 1 lap cause it was getting worse.
put on my sweats and went for 5 miles in the snow. achilles was tight, but it wasn't painful. it loosened up pretty good throughout the run.
