Comments:
12x400s...did 2 82s and 1 83 but the rest were at 81 with a couple of 80s thrown in--100m rest between. The last one was in 77. Coach said that those were basically the same times that esther did that workout in...so that made me feel good. i keep freaking out about how much slower my tempos have been compared to what they should be and how i can't hit any paces that coach gives me, so this workout really gave me a confidence boost.

the first mile of this workout felt really really fast...i could not see myself racing at that pace at alll. but it felt so much more comfortable as the workout went on, and I negatived split each mile.

sly paced me through all but 2, and it was sooo helpful.
