Did the 8,2,6,2,5,2,4,2,3,2,2,2 workout again today. Felt really good throught. Felt real comfortable with the 70 pace stuff and felt like I was holding back on the 30 sec 200's. 3 min in between sets feels like an eternity. I felt like I got pretty much full recovery in that time. In the last 200 was able to just roll and let loose. Sly said it was probably 25 something which is good.
Splits from workout: 2:19, 29.4, 1:42, 28.9, 1:25, 29.0, 64, 28.5, 47.8, 28.3, 32.8, I had 26.5 comming from the back.
Misc streaches, buddies (I'm getting better), MB abs, pullups
