400 80 (800 rest) - these felt kind of hard
800 2:47 (800 rest) - felt slow but i had to poop and made no effort to speed it up
800 2:41 (400 rest) - felt hard
800 2:40 (800 rest) - felt hard but natalia and i traded each lap, which helped a lot
6x200 (200 rest after each) 36, 37, 38, 38, 38, 33 - felt really easy and comfortable
8x30 abs after
