Comments:
hid during a two hour downpour then convinced myself to keep riding another 40 miles.. felt pretty tough.
Busted out the ride and then! BUTTERMILK PIE, baked chicken in red wine and cream with rosemary and mushrooms, tofu on spinach with fried pears, ginger and star anise in almond oil.
BOOYAH!
